At Vianney, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Vianney packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
